My schtick is 360° integrated, multi-channel global brand campaigns. I understand how to level up a brand through storytelling and really good ads. From writing briefs to shooting on set, I like to roll up my sleeves and get stuck in.
Athletic Greens (AG1)
Lead a team of Creative Strategists, Project Managers, Designers, Copywriters, and agencies; overseeing the development and execution of concepts and iterations tailored for growth channels such as Paid Social, Paid Search, CTT/OTT, Linear Video, Display, Podcasts, Influencers, and Web.
Spearhead the development cycle of performance-driven creative content, from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and leveraging insights for future testing and optimization.
Analyze creative performance data to extract actionable insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align messaging with key customer questions and product focus, while also ensuring on-brand delivery and timely execution.
Serve as a liaison between the Growth and eCommerce teams, ensuring alignment between ad creative testing and landing page optimization efforts to maximize conversion rates and drive business growth. Collaborate with the Influencer team to scout talent, negotiate rates, craft scripts, and manage product delivery to models/actors for creating UGC testimonial videos.
Calm
As the second marketer hired, managed diverse responsibilities spanning B2B2C marketing including partnerships, product, and innovative integrated consumer campaigns. Led strategy for campaigns across paid and organic social, videos, webinars, out-of-home, TVC, and print material.
Consulted with the Growth team on media planning and worked with external and internal resources to create ads.
Built a consumer marketing department and managed two marketers and one designer across the globe. Managed cross-functional relationships and expectations with external domestic and offshore agencies and production companies.
Collaborated with International teams to ensure localization efforts are complementary and additive to global strategies.
Notable campaigns: AMEX, Calm Kids, Daily Move, Harry Styles, Kaiser Permanente and LeBron James.
Compass
Recruited and hired by the General Manager of Compass Northern California. Built and empowered a team that effectively and efficiently handled local marketing needs of regional brokers, scaling from 100 to 1,000+ brokers in one quarter.
Generated custom sales enablement materials to communicate the benefits of Compass to prospective brokers. Led entry into the new market, Silicon Valley, by spearheading research and developing data-driven customer segmentation, opportunity assessment, and message testing. Organized data-driven creative strategies, planning, and reporting for all digital and social media plans to drive growth and engagement via paid and owned channels for Compass California.
Established and managed a creative studio within Pinterest, Pin Factory, supporting Partner Marketing efforts and assisting Fortune 1000 brands in designing on-platform media solutions to drive business metrics and revenue growth.
Utilized internal and external data, along with global research findings, to develop innovative creative monetization solutions, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to implement new features and drive advertising best practices.
Built and led the Creative Operations team from inception, overseeing workflow optimization, resource implementation, and timelines, while managing a $5MM budget and nurturing the career growth of a 20+ member global team of creative producers.

I was raised in the Silicon Valley bubble, spent a decade in city by the Bay and currently living by the beach in Montecito.
When I'm not behind a computer, I'm usually looking out of a plane window while traveling the world. Photography, my pup Dolly, and empathy are some of my other favorite things.
